Yes. Paper prints and stickers are priced per piece, with lower rates from 500 pieces. Large format is priced by size and material, so you can build an estimate for exactly what you need.
Your brief and any artwork or logo you already have, or just your idea. Once you approve the quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit starts the work.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is paid before work begins. The remaining balance is split by project scope, or structured so the final payment is cleared before the final 3/4 of the project is delivered. Final payment is due in full before final files are released. See the Terms of Service for details.
Yes. Our graphic design and branding team can create your artwork from scratch, or refine artwork you already have. Tick “I need O.T Kofi to design it” in the quote builder.
PDF, AI, EPS, PSD and high-resolution JPEG or PNG. For best results, send print-ready PDF files at a minimum of 300 dpi.
Drafts and deliverables are deemed approved after 10 business days if we receive no feedback, unless you formally tell us the project is paused. For date-based projects, quick feedback keeps your schedule on track.
You own the final approved artwork once the final payment is made in full. Unapproved concepts, rough sketches, drafts and dead designs remain the property of O.T Kofi Creative Studio.
It depends on the size and type of job, and we confirm the timeline in your quote. If you need it faster, the quote builder offers shorter turnaround (+25%), next-day priority (+50%) and same-day or overnight (+75%), subject to availability. Design work adds extra days.
Self-adhesive vinyl (SAV), flexi banner, transparent sticker, reflective sticker, mesh (one-way vision), photo paper, cloth and blueback paper for large format, plus paper prints, stickers and poly bags. We also print on mugs and T-shirts.
Yes. We brand cars, vans, buses and trucks with vinyl and reflective stickers, including full fleets.
Yes. We can manage branding and identity, stationery, signage, vehicle branding and printed materials as one coordinated project.
We can arrange delivery. Cost and timing depend on your location and are confirmed in your quote.
If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the project is placed on hold. Reactivating a stalled or paused project carries a restart fee of 20% of the entire project value.
